Professional Experience: I have been listing and selling real estate in the Yakima area for over 40 years, over 33 of those years as designated broker. I am a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager. I list and sell commercial properties as well as homes with a special emphasis on new homes, both spec and presale-custom. I have been named Realtor of the Year twice in Yakima, received the Realtor Community Service Award, received the Lifetime Acievement Award from RE/MAX International for sales volume, have served as president of the Yakima Association of Realtors twice, am a past chairman of the Yakima MLS committe and am presently serving on that committe. Personal Information: Yakima natives, My wife Celia and I have been married for over 38 years and have two adult children and one grandson who live here in the Yakima area. Golf, fly fishing, and shooting are my games. I am chairman of the board for Triumph Treatment Services, a non-profit drug and alcohol treatment provider, have been active in Rotary for over 35 years, am a past president of the Yakima Visitors and Convention Bureau, the Yakima and Washington State Men's bowling Association, served on the American Bowling Congress Board of Directors for seven years and am on the Ministry Council of our Lutheran Church.
