Professional Experience: Licensed in 1995, Ryan has continued to pursue educational opportunities in the Industry. He has received the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate, REALTORS Institute (GRI) designations. In recognition of his sales performance, Ryan has been repeatedly honored by RE/MAX International with the 100% Club Award. Industry Expertise: Ryan is a former President of the Yakima Association of REALTORS, serving the nearly 500 local members, He has chaired the local REALTORS Political Action Committee, and has served as a director for the Washington State Association of REALTORS. As a result, his knowledge of current issues in the industry gives him a competitive edge when representing his clients. Ryan was honored by his peers with the REALTOR Achievement Award (2002), the REALTOR of the Year Award (2004), and with the Community Service Award (2007).
